PAYMENT POLICIES
Classes
You can choose to take the HypnoBirthing course
instead of Essentials 4 Birth Prep. There is a $200 fee for that option, which
includes your book, course materials and 5 weeks of instruction.

Deposits are equal to
50% of your total package price (including class substitution).

Deposits are
non-refundable.
·
No services will be
rendered until deposit is paid in full.
· If you choose the deposit split installment plan, your first prenatal will be scheduled once your deposit it paid in full.
Installment Plans

If you are making payments on your package
balance, you must either enter auto-pay information via Honeybook or specify a
day of the month for your automatic payments.
·
The payment system will automatically remind
you of your outstanding balance.
·
You must make a minimum $50 payment monthly.
·
Your entire balance is due in full one month
before your estimated due date.
· Failure to pay entire balance by one month before your estimated due date is a violation of our service agreement and makes you ineligible for in-person labor support.
Photography
Photography sessions are booked and provided by
a third party. These sessions are offered at a special appreciation rate for
clients of Sankofa Mama Birth Services. You may choose a Pregnancy, Fresh 48 or
Feeding session. You will be contacted by the photographer to book your
session.
